Frequently Asked Questions & Collector Information
1. International Shipping
Which countries do we ship to?
We offer professional, fully insured shipping to the United States, Canada, the UK, the European Union, the UAE, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not listed on checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
How is the artwork protected during transit?
Every painting is treated as a unique masterpiece. We use a 5-layer protection system, including glassine paper (to protect the paint surface), corner guards, moisture-proof wrapping, and heavy-duty, puncture-resistant art boxes or crates.
What about Customs, VAT, and Import Duties?
For international collectors, please be aware that your country may charge import duties or VAT (e.g., 20% in the UK or 25.5% in Finland). These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the collector. We provide all necessary documentation (HS Code 9701) to ensure the smoothest possible transition through customs.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely captivated by your new artwork. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all original works. If the piece does not resonate with you, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
How do I process a return?
* The artwork must be returned in its original professional packaging.
The collector is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide proof of insurance for the full value of the work.
Once the artwork is received in its original, undamaged condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee to cover the initial shipping and handling costs.
What if the artwork arrives damaged?
In the rare event of transit damage, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will handle the insurance claim and ensure you receive a full refund or a replacement solution.
